1/2 of the OTA Payment for ! ^^I hope it's okay I drew just a bust of your character, I think I made up for it by adding shading and some lighting though.
I think this turned out pretty well!

You offered fullbodies for my adopt and not busts. Not only is this not what we agreed on, but on OTAs if people see a 'higher offer' on things (for art, this would be fullbodies, paintings, etc) , people are less likely to offer on them because its means they'd have to do more work than a fullbody to beat that offer- so its not fair to both me and others that were interested. The shading and lighting is nice, but after 2 months time to get something I hadn't been promised honestly is-- rather disappointing.
Im sorry to say that im not going to accept this because this isnt what I agreed to. Im not going to use this artwork, but if I do not receive what was your part of the deal, then I am not going to give you the adopt. As its been nearly 2 months, I will give you 1 more month to complete this if youd like the adopt. Otherwise, the deal is off.

Ah. I'm really sorry you don't like it.
I was going to draw the other picture as a full body, and I only did this one as a bust because the character was pretty difficult to draw.
I really thought I made up for it not being a full body because I added some shading and lighting, which I worked really hard on.
I'm really sorry you're disappointed, I worked really hard on this and I thought you'd like it.
It's okay if you don't use this drawing I did, I know I'm not the best artist and it's understandable you don't wanna use it.
Would it be fine if we canceled the deal? You can give the adopt to someone else, I don't mind. I'm sorry you had to wait so long for the picture, I will still draw your other payment, but as a gift.

Its not a matter of me not liking it, I think the art is good, I just dont think it would be fair of me to use the art as it doesnt contribute to you getting the adopt. As for the character being harder to draw I understand that, but when I showed you the character and asked you if you could do it, you agreed; I would've rather you asked me to draw another character if you couldn't have done it, because then it still wouldve been part of what we agreed on. I'm ok with cancelling the deal then if you feel like you can't complete it. Thank you for offering to do the other one, its a nice offer, but I'd rather save you some time, I feel bad for you drawing this to get nothing in return anyways. I hope you have a good day too.
