A very cool, and very detailed vector. I can clearly see all of the small things you've put into this. The shading, the small curves, the varying line thickness and colour tones -- they're all perfect.

the pen tool just needs lots of practice! i don't know of any good tutorial sites except for a great shading tutorial by Jory Dayne that you can see here
