THESE ARE NOT FOR FREE USE!I have decided that King Sombra has way too much grey on him for his own good. There are only so many distinct shades of grey, my goodness... Anyway, almost the final stretch!
From top to bottom: King Sombra, Princess Twilight Sparkle, Filly Twilight Sparkle.

I think of Sombra as Twilight's opposite/evil counterpart, so that's why he's the villain sprite in this set. The same mentality applies to all my sets (Discord as Celestia's opposite, Chrysalis as Cadance's, etc.).

Nah, Sombra isn't Twilight (as far as I know). I've read no such theories myself, so I'm not even familiar with what they say, hehe. Sombra's only up there because I see him as Twilight's evil equivalent.
