Description
Decided to make a Net Navi Stats card for the Net Navi version I designed of a Robot Master from Megaman Fully Charged, Hypno Woman. So you can get a better idea of her stats and more, also gives you a better view of her Net Navi Emblem.Here is the Net Navi this is for, with more info about her.
Used one of the templates made by Higure-san which you can find below. Had to edit it a little to allow for 4 attack areas though.

Well though this Net Navi version of her lacks that, she does have some other more unique hypnotism abilities too, such as being able to also trick Navis minds into not seeing her, or into seeing things that arenβt really there.
