Description Roushin: WAIIIIII! Heartless!!! *_*

EDITED CA-CA: I just love this one. FOR ONCE.

Characters everyone SHOULD (I assume) know are Kid (Chrono Cross), Riku (KH), Lilo (Lilo and Stitch), and just one of those Heartless thingies in KH. The new guy? One of my characters from my never finished RPG whatever... He's Arn-S... Don't ask--my cousin wanted me to draw him as a character. This is his KH version and he came up w/ the name Arn-S. Please, no more confused stares--*feels awkward*

Sure, there's a few little probs here... but I don't give a crap b/c this turned out really well! *the proud monkey* Another sad thing though--I can't watercolor this b/c the ink I used on about 45% on this BLEEDS when water contacts with the ink--*bashes head*. Yeah, I know--cheap pens aren't always a way-to-go.

I will make a part 2 of the Heartless--The SISSY Edition! Wheeeee~! Who'll be in it though? Yet another surprise,

Ugh, I just started getting the hang of coloring recently--still need practice. Though I wouldn't mind coloring, really... just that cruddy bleeding ink I used prevented it, . S'okay. There be times I see really nice fanart, yet have no clue who they just drew, . They're just 'what-if' bad guys for this Playstation 2 game called Kingdom Hearts. Pardons for the slight misunderstanding, . And no problem at all either.

Thanks again too --I guess most of my characters, game-related or made up, slightly resemble how I look like up front, . Well, sometimes, at least, ahaha... I need to practice on different facial expressions, though habits of repeating the same expression, for instance, tend to sneak back... And by the time I notice, the character looks... cool! , then I end up NOT starting over, thus HAVE to finish it. .. Bad habits ARE difficult to overcome, haha

There's no need to apologize for the confusion -- it's not your fault that I didn't know about the game you were making these characters to reflect. I'm just delighted to be able to better understand your intent.

I know what you mean about working on varying facial styles and/or expressions, it's too easy to fall into the habit of drawing just one style of face, or a stock set of facial expressions; but it doesn't detract from the quality of the resulting artwork, it just means that your style is more limited, until you break out of that rut. If the characters are cool, then the images are cool, in and of themselves -- working on expanding your range does allow you to make more and different cool images and characters, but it doesn't mean that your existing ones are any less wonderful, in their own right.

Ah okay, . No one's fault, so it's all good. Though I should keep in mind that not everyone knows what I'm drawing, and should point out to ask me if they don't know.

Yeah--limitations in drawing styles can be restricting unless we do something to get out of the habit... And getting out of a habit we're too set upon's difficult, gotta admit. But I think gradually drawing something different, or practicing other styles and perspectives, etc--just trying out different styles a little bit can improve the style lots, I think. I may consider trying my old teacher's method back in senior high school--drawing without an eraser... that. Is. TOUGH!!! But it's great practice... really sucks that he'd NEVER give back our unerased work! Now his students have NO PROOF of drawing awesome pieces without the assistance of an eraser, .
