Look for artists who actively do requests and have the extra time and energy to burn off of their lives, as most of us do not have that luxury.

Listen, it's obvious you like dragonball and you like art. Well, why don't you make stuff you want to see on your own? If you draw seriously and nail down the basics, it'll only take about 2-3 years to be at a decent caliber to start producing results you really like. If you just want to take it easy and doodle here and there, it'll take around perhaps 8-10 years depending on the person. Seriously, all you have to do is start and keep at it.

You see, asking strangers around for free art, copy-pasting a generic statement opening up with a cheap praise and then ending on a note asking for favors is generally going to be frowned upon by any sensible person. It's not a compliment--it's really not. Some might even take it as an insult. Even professionals get these kinds of things all the time and let me tell you, they do not appreciate it. Just lettin' you know--someone might respond hellova lot more harshly than me.

Let me be simple. I like seeing my character in different art styles apart from my own. I can make him in my art style all day long, but that just gets boring to me. You see?
