Oh boy; it's going to be tough to cover all of these, but I'll do my best to generalize.
When you're trying to put so many things into a picture, at least make it bigger so people can get the full detail of what you've drawn. Some characters are blending in with one another, and it's nearly impossible to focus on just one.
Overall: The outlines are too thin, maybe make a few points thicker. Also, everything is too close and not colored uniquely enough for me to be able to see them well unless I try really hard. You've got about 8 things that have yellow skin, and they're all the same kind of yellow! Mix it up a little.
The Yoshis: These have to be the worst of the bunch, no offense, particularly that red one in the purple in the back right. Does he have hair? Why are all the Yoshis' eyes so big? Their noses look like bubbles pasted on their faces, with lopsided nostrils all facing us.
The Toads: The mushroom people are supposed to have rounded hats, but you gave them squishy, how should I say, dented hats.
The Koopas: Aren't those turtle guys supposed to have shells? I only see a shell on one of them. And most of them are looking to the right of themselves for no reason; not even at anyone in particular as far as I can tell.
The Sonic-Looking Characters: These are the ones I can see their legs and feet more. The pink-haired girl with the blue shirt has to be the most odd. She's got no ears? Also, that pink bunny on the bottom right seems to have a swollen left leg.
The Misc. Animals: I'm primarily focusing on the orange cat thing in the mid front, and that gray pony with red hair in the mid right. The pony has no ears, and the cat's tail is on its back, rather than being lower. It's paws are both going inwards and its wink does not look correct. That red pony has a leg right down the middle of its chest, and I see no tail.
This is really hard to critique, but there is QUITE a lot to improve on. I give you credit for sticking so many characters in one image, but they all have something on them which is messed up. Legs are deformed and uneven; noses are too far round; hats aren't round enough; missing appendages; etc. Personally I think you were in over your head with this much in one picture. I hope this was helpful, because I was not trying to be anything but.

She's 13, Not Some 20-Year-Old Woman. Give Her Some Time And She'll Improve!!!

And how is she supposed to improve without being critiqued? Will she magically know what she did wrong all by herself and learn how to correct it all by herself? Come on now, a thicker skin is needed.

If you don't start critiquing them at the young age, they never improve. I would know, I was thirteen when I started.

You have better knowledge than her?
For one, art comes differently. Two, I doubt you could explain to me, a college art student, the basic levels of art, or how to create it, how the mind works, and such. You are young, and having that kind of attitude will only lower your artistic talents.

Goodness calm down, I'm speaking in levels of anatomy, I have more understanding of it as it seems, I never said it to be mean.

She asked for a critique. She should know what it means to get a real one.
Don't come in your shining armor to protect her from what she should have expected, just because I didn't go "ZAW OMG PERFECT!" when it clearly isnt. Five-starring a picture like this, and then five-starring a true work of art lowers the amount of seriousness people will take your critiques. I came to help, not @$$pat. The critique button isn't for praise, that's what the favorites button is for.
And why are you capping every single word? Is that what's "cool"?

Anywho, I have to say something. TELL ME WHAT JAMES DID IN YOUR DREAM! I really want to know! Also you owe me three online favors. Somehow you do, and I am to curious to stop guessing and thinking about it so please just tell me what he did! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
