Jamie was an average guy trying to find his way to escape from cell, he found himself in an old laboratory where are humongous carrot grow inside of it.

feeling hungry he ate it not realizing it was a dangerous weapon, he grew massive to the size of 400 ft tall.

I'm sure his friends could use the Dragon balls to bring him back to life.
