With the outbreak of war with the Klingons, the Enterprise is racing to Organia. Uhura receives a critical message that she immediately relays to Kirk, "Captain. Unit XY-75847 report a fleet of Klingon ships in their sector, sir." Kirk asks, "What bearing?" Uhura quickly replies, "Unable to ascertain, sir." Kirk then tells Sulu to have the phaser crews stand by, while a young female ensign in an operations division uniform hands a data disk to Uhura.
