Also, those are some neat brushes. Very... wet feeling, for lack of a better word. Those highlights definitely feel like some thick, wet paint was smooshed around.

Welp. First I did the rough painting and it was not very accurate or good-looking so I googled images of skulls to make it seem more realistic. So the secret is reference!

Just bones? Thats cool! I've tried studying the bones before but I felt really lost and I was still making up stuff. And I felt I was stealing when I used other paintings or 3-d models as reference especiallyΒ when some dinos only have a couple of unique photos with a search. Plus adding muscles I fail hard at and just painting in general.Β
