I love how the blues don't really show in the back ground but do in the water.

many thanks!
well, my secret weapon is natural lighting...
but i often use a Canon 350D & an 18-55mm lens. except the lens isn't cut for macro, so i reverse it and manually hold it in place

Oh I see. I'll have to try this sometime XD. I did try water on a mirror once but that didn't work >.<.

you should!
oh, water on a mirror is a disaster.
mirrors aren't waxy enough to make nice droplets. unless you want to make a splash of some sort. though reverse lens for splashes isn't a good idea XD

Yeah... I used a syringe to put the droplets on but it just lost all surface tension. I have a nice pheasant feather... So I might try that!

do it
is a syringe easier than an eyedropper?
i've never tried it, only use eyedroppers. so idk.
let me know how it turns out

I don't know... Eyedroppers are specifically made for droplets of liquid but syringes are just to get something somewhere so eyedroppers are probably better XD.

probably. just thought there might be some difference. can't get my hands on syringes around here. =/
good luck with all your new missions

It's not a proper syringe.. It doesn't have a needle on it .
