Yeah, just love this helicopter.Sure had some ref. for the aircraft.
I set up the angle and colours, lighting by myself though. Pretty much know what the Apache looks like actually. Used to build model kits when I was young
PS 7, 2.5 hours
btw I prefer the 64A version to the 64D Longbow...

What is it you like about the alpha model better than the delta? To me the forward electronic bays on the alpha are too pronounced and pointed. As a AH-64D mechanic for five years, I can tell you that the alpha model is way less use full in combat because it doesn't have the advanced target recognition and avionics technology. I do like the painting a lot though, nice work!

Oh I see, I was judging it from a purely external view of the design. I bet the 64D is superior in technology. Just not too knowledgeable in that regard I guess - just marvelling at the design.

Great stuff. The only thing i noticed is that the front section seems to be going at a different angle to the rest of it; creating a curving effect.

f 16 is cool, but I would prefer Mig 28 or Su 27, but F14 Tomcat for example is also fine.

AH-64 A Apache
WΓΌsst ich nicht, es kΓ€me von dir, dann dΓ€chte ich, das sei ein Schnappschuss mit einer extrem guten Kamera, die fast das Tempo des Propeller erreicht.
Aber natΓΌrlich hat der Junge kein Foto gemacht nur einige Referenzen benutzt, und daraus ein Kunstwerkk geformt. Tss ;]
Der Hubschrauber wirkt auf jeden Fall ungemein realistisch, ebenso wie die Umgebung. Vor allem bewundere ich deine Detailliebe, diesmal zum Telegraphen MΓ€sten und Kabeln da unten im ΓΆden Land voller Staub und Rauch.
Das Bild wirkt kalt, obwohl, die SOnne scheint, der Himmel blau und nur leicht bewΓΆlt ist. Das liegt wohl zum groΓen Teil an dem Kampfhubschrauber, sienen Torpedos und Waffen. Was fΓΌr ein Kontrast (wie oft sage ich das in all meinen Kommis???)
