Yeah, did a fanart for LΓ©on- the pro, because I really love the movie!

Yup, I did it all without ref. - as usual. The taxi was hard, I still don't like it.
Could have added Mathilda and the plant as well...was lazy.

Fantastic work, fabulous film! The only thing wrong with the taxi was perhaps the perspective on the front windshield and the back end of the taxi seems to be longer than the front, could just be my eyes. The dramaticly peaceful yet busy effect and the contrasting Leon at the bottom of the picture makes for an amazing poster. Well done!

I really wish you would make this a print.
The Professional is one of the best movies ever made...I named my son Leon half for that movie and half for Final Fantasy XIII.

hey, yeah, I actually wanted to make this a print but never got around submitting the print version. And also, I wasn't sure about copyright issues so I was a bit hesitant...
But as I see there's definitely interest, I will try to make a print version as soon as I can!

I love the style of it, with the little bits of anime hiding in it- makes him stick out from the rest of the painting. I also love the movie! Jean Reno is basically the best actor ever- I mean who gets to be in a video game- as themselves! He was awesome in Onimusha 3. The only thing wierd about the move was the constant awkward moments with nine year old portman. I mention Leon and everyone goes crazy about how hot Natalie is. And yes she is...in Vendetta or Closer- But Not When She's Nine Years Old!!! Hehe, I don't know, I just et shivers whenever she does that Marilyn Monroe thing...His John Wayne was better anyway.

LEON is gotta be one of the best movies I've ever seen, man I love it so freakin' much. And it's a simply great piece of art you got there as well, alot of details and everything stays true to the atmosphere in the movie.

is the movie called LΓ©on? i'm not familiar with it . . . love the angles in this work, and the sketchy details. imo i think this could do without that yellow cab, and the two cars just poking into it . . . maybe make one of the bg cars into a taxi. i too like the misty fade into the backdrop - works particularly well in this piece

One of the BEST films of all time for me! They dont get any better than Jean Reno and major props to Gary Oldman as well. For those that dont know - it was the first major film for Natalie Portman - aged 12.
The scene where she went out for the groceries and came out to find her family murdered....knocking on Reno's door - when I first saw that I was sweating bullets and its still a very powerful scene.
Dare I digress
Brilliant work of art here. I wouldnt worry about the small things that you as the artist feel could be improved. The work is strong as it is. I am missing Leon in his hat though
