Yup, I did it all without ref. - as usual. The taxi was hard, I still don't like it.
Could have added Mathilda and the plant as well...was lazy.

Gestern hab ich den Film zum ersten Mal gesehn! Der war echt geil!
und das Bild kΓΆnnte glatt das poster dazu sein. Echt cool gemacht

Amazing work. I have to agree with you with the taxi, the back end looks a bit out of shape. Almost like it is too big.

I thought it was a photo too! great job. I always loved how you make things fuzzy in the backround like a camera focus on a misty day.
Btw how did you get the windows so parallel on the building to the left? Was it free hand?

yes, I also love all the different camera lens effects like focal depth, wide angle distortion etc. Alsways try to incorporate that into my works
I painted the windows in a different document. First, I just painted one perfectly square window and duplicated it until I had a whole collection of windows. They were all perfectly aligned vertically and horizontally and NOT painted in perspective. The perspective alignment was achieved by one of my all-time favourite tools: "free transform". You can scew things into perspective by moving the ege points. It's called something like 'distort' under the transform menu in the english vesion of Photoshop, I guess... Many artists make advantage of this function.
