All joking aside though, Mora is one of my more favorite Daedric Princes due to his manipulation. Since he's essentially Tzeentch, he knew Dagon would make a move on Mundus as well as Alduin's return a long time in advance from pure logic. He wouldn't need to do anything about it unless it benefited him personally, which, as of Dragonborn, it did.
