Since I had mentioned it in a comment earlier, here's an example of a more dimple-armed super flabby wolf. Did a bit of cleanup on this one and it's more gallery-grade than scrap-grade in my opinion, but it's also a little same-y with the other wolf... so scrap bin it is for now.

Oh! One thing I forgot to mention is that this pose, by default, has a strong tendency to magically insert a pole up around their hands. I assume due to the connection between that pose and pole-dancing. So by this point in the testing I had started negative-prompting poles and pole-dancing, which took care of the issue.
