Description
Dacha ~ "is a Russian word for seasonal or year-round second homes located in the exurbs of Soviet and Russian cities. It is usually occupied part of the year by its owner or rented out to urban residents as a summer retreat. Dachas are very common in Russia, and are also widespread in some former republics of the Soviet Union."

This particular recreation of a Dacha is located near the lake of Wansee in Berlin. It is now a fabulous restaurant, viewing the lake and Peacock island.

Trying out some new (for me) post processing techniques, which I quite like. I didn't much like the original photography, I really really like this one.
