As for how she got the human transmutation circle on her palm, not quite sure. Maybe Marcoh et al met up with the Central insurgents, explained the terrible truth to her and she realized she's the best candidate to destroy Pride?

Nina was quite enough, and miss Bradley doesn't deserve to lose both her husband and her son, even if he is Pride.
