This is for the disgruntled fanbrat who flamed me out of the blue because of my LJ C/S icon a while back. I'm sorry that you couldn't hack the fact canon sank your preferred ship of choice. However, this does not give you the right to be a jackass hun, simply because you don't agree with canon. Why don't you sit down, shaddup and drink the goddamn cup of STFU Shera's pouring for you; mind that you be thankful that Cid's allowing you to be in his company.And be sure to tack on an 'AU' on every fic that you write for your ship, yes?

Oh yeah, I remember all the hate Shera got when it got out that she and Cid had gotten married. But I was one of those who were practically rolling on the floor with glee XD Honestly, who could hate Shera and call her a bitch? She's probably the least bitchy character in the whole series o_o

I know exactly how you feel. Everyone has the right to like whatever pairing they want whether it is canon or fanon. I like to support couples that I believe are possible not because they are popular.

I know some people will pair anyway, but everyone seems to treat "canon" like a prize to be won. I mean, the story was pre-written by the author. He/she doesn't end it the way he/she does due to popular demand or indicate who he/she loves. Authors love all their fans even the slashers. The least we can do to respect the author is be honest about what's fact.
