Following on from 'Captain Vs Captain'. ~Spanish-Blue this is for you pal: a newly promoted Smoker and Cid took your suggestion and are now working together against their fangirls.

Unfortunately this won't stop them from taking pot shots at each other; Cid keeps insinuating that it is thanks to the Navy that Smoker is an 'expert' at smoking two cigars at once. Emphasis is mine and I did have to clean it up a little (c'mon, it's Cid!). In retaliation Smoker was going to use his Devil Fruit power to throw the Shera in the ocean, but then Tashigi 'spilled' tea on his jacket.

And oh yeah, in a rematch between these two I think Smoker would lose: he fears strong winds as it nullifies his powers and Cid Highwind is practically that element.
