So I did my first pixel art and this is it. Whoop whoop.I think she's really cute. She isn't any character in particular (unless she looks like someone without me knowing in which case damn I'm good). I also have no idea what size this is going to be because I don't know if you have to like resize pixel art or something? Hopefully not because I didn't. If you do somebody let me know plox.
Anyway I've had a new found appreciation of pixel art because Tumblr. Seriously my blog is like 70% pixel at this point. So this is like some sort of beautiful new beginning maybe. Just kidding I might never do these again. WE'LL SEE.
Anyway, took maybe an hour or two in SAI and then made it transparent in GIMP (which I hate to the high heavens). Listened to Steam Powered Giraffe and The Cave Boys mostly.

Ugh I just could not. I used to use gimp (my older digital art that I showed you before) but now. Just. No. Too complicated. Do not like.

Nah man you just gotta keep slowly redoing the eye and saving each picture and then you mash them together using iaza. It's really easy, takes a while and it's quite tedious, but the finished product looks naccee.

No, I meant using Gimp, silly. But yeah the eye blinky thing. Just. Eh. I don't like the drawing enough. Maybe if I do more pixel art I'll animate it, hehe
