Personally for me I find it helps a lot when I don't think too much about getting the skeleton sketch (circles and sticks) exactly right. The less detailed the better, since it seems to lose fluidity and dynamic once I start investing too much detail into it as I draw.

Sound advice I have heard/read from tutorials (and have yet to practice!) is to practice lots of gesture drawings everyday! Do them real quick, no more than 1-2 minutes. I was given this link www.onairvideo.com/croquis-caf… (artistic nudity warning) but I haven't tried yet.

Another thing that helped me is trying to do a lot of panel redraws from the Mob Psycho 100 manga. ONE-sensei is so loose with his poses that it's fun to mimic them in my opinion.

I agree with Autumn, your drawing are always interesting with the different poses or activities the characters are doing. I love Reigens face, over exaggerated and funny it's very like him!

Thank you very much!! I was late to responding this 'cause it made me so happy I wanted to keep it for awhile as I thought of a good response, but I couldn't. All I can say is thank you XD!! I'll do my best to continue making fun Reigens. ^^

Thank you so so much for your reply!!! (And no seriously, You are amazing <3)
Personally, I get really stuck on trying to draw the skeleton first, and then add on to that. Everything ends up too boxy and stiff. So that sounds like great advice, keeping things simple that is.
I'm going to really start working on gesture drawings, I have heard similar advice, but also have yet to really commit to working on it.
I will check out that vid for sure!! 
And that's a really good idea to draw from ONE's work! I love how he draws, it always feels so carefree and energetic. I'll give it a go
