The coloring and texturing is great, and the dragon design itself looks marvelous. Some of the edges look a little ragged, and in some places, I notice some white lines between the black and red coloring, but your shading and coloring is overall pretty solid. A small suggestion on the black- use dark gray as a base color for it, and then use black to shade and some lighter color to highlight, rather than just making it black and trying to highlight with white. You'll find you don't lose any detail, and you may like the results.

Bold coloration, and the contrast against the white background adds a nice stunning effect to this
