[Ereri AU] Sekai no Chushin de, Ai o Sabeku (Crying out Love in the Center of the World)
AU where Levi and Eren are classmates in junior high through high school in 1980’s Japan. They fall in love and exchange audio diaries and love letters through cassette tape and go on trips together during summer vacation.
Levi is diagnosed with leukemia, which keeps him from going outside and seeing Eren. Eren discovers the truth and is devastated, visiting Levi every day in the hospital. Levi’s dream is to go to Uluru in Australia with Eren, which he calls “the center of the world.” Eren buys plane tickets and they exchange promise rings but Levi passes away before the trip.
Eren travels to Australia by himself and spreads Levi’s ashes at Uluru while listening to the last cassette tape left for him.

I did this maybe a month ago or two ago and just held onto it for some reason. Maybe I was afraid of letting it go? This movie and this song have some sentimental value. I apologize for the quality.

Hmm, drawing tips? Mostly I would just say practice a lot, try to look at a lot of references from your favorite artists and decide what they do that makes them your favorite. For example, my favorite artists are redjuice mostly because of how he does his face, eyes, and hair. His drawings also kind of all have an deep feeling to them and his lines are clean and complex. I also like Takeshi Obata because his style is easy on the eyes and his coloring is vibrant. Yoshitoshi ABe is also a favorite because his style is kind of soft and eerie (and all of his characters look like they are hiding a story.)
Then I would just start practicing a lot. Decide if you like digital art or doing things on paper or both. Decide if you like thin lines or thick lines and what kind of story you want your characters to tell. And it'll just take off from there
No worries! I usually just draw as a hobby. I also play video games and mostly just sit around and relax and listen to music if I'm not doing work or studying. I really like blue tones and I like to incorporate them in every picture. Right now I'm into Ereri :3
As for what Levi is writing on the wall, it's his name and Eren's name. I think it's like a Japanese tradition to write lover's names like that under the umbrella as a sign of togetherness.

Ah is that so? thanks <3 I draw a lot (actually doodle) But I am definitely better at drawing my own characters more than fan art since i really suck in that department. When I try.....lets just say that it doesnt turn out so well. I recently started drawing digitally, and it is a major pain in the ass. That is all I gotta say. I tried various things, but the problem is that I dont have enough time to do everything that I want in my life, so yeah. That will have to be done a tad later. Thanks though
