Description
This is one of my few rare fan-arts. I was playing Team Fortress 2 n realized... "this is a sausage-fest!" there r NO female characters (xcept Sasha, but she's like 6-barrels of fun...). Therefore, in fulfilling the glorious mission of Lin's Overloading the World with Female Characters' Joy Brigade i decided to envision the 9 classes of TF2 as female.From left to right:
-= The Assault classes =-
Pyro - Flamethrower girl, i decided to give her a swimsuit feel cos water is the opposite of fire! =_= "
Scout - the loli little girl... Scouts are agile so lolis r more suited for this role! + i love imagining the pinwheels in her spinning madly as she dashes at twice the normal speed!
Soldier - not very imaginative... camo pants, tank top...
-= Defense Classes =-
Heavy - 6-barrels of FUN! When i thought of a heavy body build, i kept thinkin "Russian".
Engineer - Megane ko moe! glasses, unzipped mechanics suit, yellow boots n a mini-sentry gun!
Demogirl - Demolition = explosion = crazed. That's the simple concept. her breasts r xtra big cos i hav a friend who refers to big breasts as xplosions (which Demogirls should specialize in... hehe)
-= Support =-
Medic - NURSE! She's sent to the back of the composition cos that's wher they always stay... Her medigun is now a hypodermic needle n the backpack is kawaii-ed up.
Sniper - supposed to look like those aristocrat hunters... the eyepatch emphasizes the fact that she is using the scope.
Spy - Instead of going for the suit n tie James Bond style, i decided to go femme fatale, MataHari-ish.
PS - i dunno if any1 notices but the size of their hands represents their attacking strength, n the size of their feet represents their defending strength. (In this drawing... mind u... dunno what runs thru the original designers' minds)

The pyro in this should be a guy since the original pyro is already a girl (look in the pyros cubby hole in the spawn room!)

which was my intention, i didn't really feel like merely addin boobs n slight cosmetic changes to the male versions. I wanted an overhaul using the same concept they made - class designs based on real-life occupations/subcultures/stereotypes.

Haha, I'm actually working with a friend of mine from our Half-life mod forum (facepunch) on making a series of the female TF2 characters

TF2 is one of my favorite games! I noticed a lack of female characters too! My favs are the spy and sniper.

Because I thought the exact same thing while I was playing.
So then I thought "Well maybe it's cause girls don't play"
But then i played a server where their were mums playing while their kids were at school and they were talking about report cards.
It was quite scary because well... they were shooting and killing and owning everyone.

WOWW! That is amazing. I love TF2, and this just makes me love it more ^_^ If only they really had a girl's team......but then it wouldnt be very prettty seeing a beautiful girl gettin blown to peices by a rocket launcher... >_< lol. but awsome job anyways! love it!

Hmmm....they'd be at a slight disadvantage, though. The mini sentry gun doesn't look like it has any ways to "unfold itself" like the normal male one...
