I put Mill cause like Millionaire.. while Bill.. is like Billionaire. X'D pretty much why it became a name to me for this character.. plus Bill has a related theme with money and gold. so yeh..

Bill is the snarky, I-know-everything-you're-a-moron personality. He'll laugh sometimes but is more content with an arrogant smirk.
Mill, I get the distinct impression of someone who is over-happy, constantly talks about sadistic and insane things with the same tone a preteen girl would talk about her class full of cute boys. She gives the impression that if someone told her she was insane, she'd giggle and say "why thank you for pointing that out! I never would have thought to call it that. Here, have some deer teeth for your troubles!"

yeah~ that's why i designed it in the first place, and female skirts are the best base for Bill's shape. but not too long, or it will shape like a bell.
