Phew!!Β
Took me a while to finish this drawing of mine. A reference sheet of Hikaze. I've never done of one these since I figured why not take on the challenge in making one for my character just for the sake of it.I've started with some details like the front, back and side and other details that are informative for my character like his hat and body parts with also some expressions and etc. The 2nd alternative change of clothes was something I thought of for summer time attire or something.

looks nice, I can defiantly see how this can be challenging (and time consuming).
Finally get a glimpse of Hikaze without his hat. Its defiantly a different look (in a good way of course).

Thanks, the hat on Hikaze was to make him noticeable in a way, instead of him looking bald with horns, it would make him plain without his hat or something.

Is it a stylistic preference? Just wondering why some people give characters an unequal number of toes and fingers.

In a way for style references, yes.
And for unequal fingers and toes the reason for was based splitting on between on cartoon feet and anime hands.
