She's cruel as shown by destroying her own robots, she's cunning and intelligent, and she probably planned out the mission to Earth. She was probably ordered, but she knew a little about the place before hand. And apparently, do did Jasper, since she spoke about Steven's mom, so it was a good choice to bring her to Earth as well. That's just my opinion anyway. I do wish we get to see Jasper again soon. I like the slice-of-life episodes, but I would also like more plot-oriented episodes that deal with other crystal gems and the gem home world.
