It was fun and interesting to do.
1. Degas pastels
2. Egon Schielle
They make me really want to do my larger scale work (which I, like, never post here...)
3. Lord of the rings extended version dvds- with commentary, without, just seeing all the work tat goes into the designs- i get into a creative mood everytime I put a dvd on.

4. Edward Povey- this awesome artist I met when I was like 13- he would theme his collections beautifully and i loved his use of color.
5. Stefano Caselli- gets be in a drawing mood every time.
6. brian froud- just seeing his pencil strokes and I'm like 'omg, i wanna do that too!' and draw
7.hp makes me draw and write like nothing else.

8. Jane austen- romantic fluffle
9. erte- inspiring designs

10. capturing nureyev
the most amazing collection of art i ever saw- and the book of it is awesome too. the wyeths in general are an inpiring lot, but this collection! amazing

11. camelot poster- this poster and the cotumes in that movie makes me swoooooon. Basically, quinnevere in that is what defines beauty and grace for me.

12. Glen Keane
from the moment i saw his art i felt like i found my art kindred spirit- hah- i just love his loose lines and the emotional reality he brings to his characters- glen keane and Disney in general- VERY inspiring!

13. Hans Zimmerman's music
i especially love this soundtrack (no one likes Kingdom of Heaven but me...)

14. the art of kungfu panda
if that doesn't make you want to draw... you aren't an artist.
