Revised version of this pic hime1999.deviantart.com/art/Al…Revising as in adding West (Gharb/Portuguese Algarve) to the East (Sharq/Spanish Andalusia).
Tried to stick it as much as possible to the contemporary fashion, but took liberty with the cloth patterns. Maybe I should have added some strips too. :/

I mean, there are descriptions in essays, but most of them are contemporaries of Ziryab, so I had to do more hunting for contemporary pictures, especially for the later years, and take a shot on how it would have been. The lack of details on the pictures then was not helping either. :/
