I decided to develop the design of this character from this piece:

In comments some people thought it is she, but I need to say - no, its HE ^^
The general idea of him are his hands. In some way he has gained a power that he cant control at all. His hands are turning hot every time he feels each one of emotions. To prevent their destructive power, he made gloves that are created of material that withstands to pretty high temperatures (around ~1200 degrees Celsius). As he is still young and curious about a lot of things, he sometimes uses his power to "funny" things. In the result of the most of cases, he ends with burn marks. That's why he wears bandages.

EDIT: I changed his colors to make them more vivid.
