First I just wanna say that to update properly, you add the pic as both the File and the Screenshot.. that works

Then.. I wanna say that I like it.. especially the framing of the photo, although I have a few suggestions for ya if you're interested.
1. The hair; the edge of the coloured bit seems to end a bit abruptly. Maybe a gradient-desaturate would help.. then again, half coloured/half b&w pics always look a bit odd around the transition areas. Also, the way the blond bit just stops and the rest of the hair is in greyscale.. looks awkward to me. I think you should colour it all.. although still keep the two-tone thing obviously.
2. Desaturate the eyes... just a smidge. Can't really put my finger on why.. just think it'd look better.
3. I like the smudge streak thingies.. looks better than v1, but I don't like how it just starts from a straight line.. I think it'd look nicer if it followed the contour of your face. Doesn't even have to be exact.. but at least a curve.

Oh yeah.. just one other thing. I dunno what res you're running, but it squishes up your userpage on smaller resolutions, coz it displays at full view. You might wanna think about resizing it.
