If you haven't heard of jQuery, it's only the coolest javascript library out there.What's javascript gotta do with designing?
Well, with jQuery, if you know basic CSS, you can add AJAX, animations, and functionality to your page, and all for only 15k, and completely free. There are a TON of plugins already, the best documentation of any js library, and a vibrant community.

Question: How do you make those style wallpapers?

Hiya,
Thanks for the comment. I feel bad for using such an easy method of wallpaper creation, but the backgrounds are very simple to create.
Basically, I just grabbed a picture of mine on my computer, and applied a Guassian blur in Photoshop that was extremely high (some of them I did at the max). Then, depending on how it looked, I would create a new layer with some random paint brushes in different places, and then blurred those.
Mostly it was just Guassian Blur and trial and error with layers and layer modes
