Yey, finally done!
It's poorly drawn tbh and she looks way thinner than she's supposed to be x'D This drawing shows her figure a lot better.
But I shamelessly admit that I was too lazy to draw her body again and so I left anything in a sketch like state. But I like that~

[1] The Madame is rather an alternate ego or mascot than an actual persona for me.
While she pictures all the traits that I’d wish to have or that I really like I cannot identify myself with her (anymore).
She stands as an own and individual character for herself and will show some features that aren’t mine, whether good or bad.
[2] The Madame is a part of a worldview where everything is connected and everything is possible. That means that it’s possible for her in some way to get in contact with other “fandoms” or rather worlds and their characters.
[3] The Madame will appear relatively overpowered and “flawless”. That is the reason why she doesn’t belong in the center of a story. She wouldn’t be the protagonist of anything but one of the support or side characters who you don’t know too much about and don’t have to know much about.
Let’s say that her story is already written and over and now she’s able to help others with theirs or being a part of it in some way.

{Who is the Madame?}
To keep it a little short: The Madame is some sort of sorceress living on the same planet as The Mistress .
She lives almost completely alone on a hill surrounded by forests and far away from the next village. Most of the things that people know about her are based on rumors and the personal experiences of individuals. So, one will call her a good fairy, others will call her an evil witch.
However, the main reason she could become the subject of a conversation is because she can grand wishes with her magical powers.
Now and then she will have a visitor who will ask for a favor. Maybe something material, a magic power, healing or her help in general.
And if it’s in the Madame’s power and interest she will grand that wish in one of three possible ways.

{How your wish can be granted}
There are three possible ways – or “tiers” like she calls them - in which a wish can or has to be fulfilled. However, she will always take the freedom to reject any wish for whatever reason.

Tier 1: Your wish lays within her abilities and could be granted on the spot.
For example, healing a disease.
Those wishes would have no limited number other than the Madame’s rejection.
Tier 2: Your wish doesn’t lay within her abilities and is rather exotic.
For example, the power to see perfectly clear in the dark.
For this the Madame will need your signature in the “Great Book” which will give her the temporary power and you the privilege for that wish.
That means that the possibilities could be almost endless.
But those wishes would have the limit to one and only chance for everyone.
Tier 3: Your wish is not only beyond her abilities but also really big and comes with great risks.
For example, the power to turn into a mighty dragon or her support in a war against another kingdom.
For this the Madame will again need your signature but on a written and closed contract that will determine the consequences in case of a breach. So, it’s still a wish for free but with a few conditions.
Those wishes are again onetime chances for everyone.

{Her Powers and (Dis)Abilities}
Besides those “basic” abilities that I can list and describe here the Madame is still a sorceress who must lay on spells, recipes and rituals which she needs to learn and practice in order to expand her horizon. That means that some things could depend on her skill level and the quality of her material. But it also means that she may not be able to accomplish something now but may be able to do that later on.
So she has her basic skills but everything else is expandable or can be considered as “probably possible”.
Other than that, some abilities cannot be specify just like that.

{Personality}
The Madame is not the easiest book to open and neither to read. She would only tell the most important things about herself and keep her feelings and motives rather vague and shallow which creates the feeling of mystery around her true nature that she tries to maintain.
Therefore, some would always see the Madame with a smile on her lips or at least pleased sight. Simply because she doesn’t want anyone to know her too well or get too close to her. That would just unnecessarily complicate things.
She’s known to be a charismatic, charming and coquette woman with a healthy amount of appeal who knows what she wants and how she could get that. She always wants to appear sweetly and kindly towards anyone, treats anyone with the same amount of respect before they would convince her of the opposite. She always seems patient and calm as if nothing could make her lose it in any way. And if she does – even in front of others - you can tell that someone made a huge mistake.

But she also can be really honest and almost painfully forthright if she wants, getting a cheeky and provoking manner if someone underestimates her
or tries to step on her toe. She likes it to play the “wise woman” who would always have the final say. But it’s not always clear if this wisdom is true or not.
It's generally often hard to tell if her words are completely sincere or if she means something all serious, not to confuse with sarcasm. Perhaps another method to hide her true intentions or nature. That, or she is more curious about the reaction and opinion of the one she's talking to. She is more interested in the behavior of others than their opinion towards her when she talks to someone.
As a loner and with that closed attitude she really isn’t the most social person and only has a handful of really close people. Because as soon as it would get more personal between her and another person, the Madame would become more clueless about how she should act and would be quite clumsy and awkwardly in her interactions.

{Appearance}
The Madame is a rather curvy and busty woman and has mostly wavy, blue hair that reaches her middle back. While the shade of blue in her hair can change to her liking, her blue eyes will always stay the same.
She mostly wears black, blue or white clothing in a Victorian/Vintage style, so, much with laces, corsets and much knick-knack. Not to confuse with full goth or emo. Those styles often include things like skulls, spider webs or rivets etc. or overly cuteness. Things that she doesn’t wear. Furthermore, she enjoys dressing up appropriately and in a fanciful way, wherever she might have to go or whoever she might visit.
Other than that, she basically enjoys feminine and elegant clothing that would show her figure, with that certain amount of glamour and elegance. She loves it to dress up all fancy and neat with styled hair, jewelry and a matching amount of make-up. And with her enjoying dresses, lingerie and high heels she really is a Lady through and through. Not only that but she seems to enjoy attracting attention with that extravagant style and almost provoking laxity like a low neckline or tight pants. She almost dismisses clothes that would look too staid.

So, to describe her style in a few words:

{Her Housemates}

The Madame is not entirely alone in her mansion and has some companions.

Her owl Guardians
A group of owls that often sits in that tree branch in her house and overlook anything that happens in her territory.
(From the book/movie “The owls of Ga’Hoole" ; you can read more about them in the linked sheet)
Voluntas, her ghostly watchfox
A blueish and foggy fox spirit who watches over his mistress and her forest
Kenshiro, her panther
Nothing more than your ordinary, lazy and big tomcat who just gets active when he really needs to
Danin, her housewife
A pink colored lizard-lady who came to the Madame because of her poor family that she wanted to help.
But instead of asking for money she insisted to work for her living like anybody else and now she is kind of the housekeeper.
Moe, the gardener
Moe is a goat-like oldster with floppy ears and thin hooves that had a similar case like Danin’s but now it’s more like his hobby to take care of the Madame’s garden and its flowers.
Elijah, the cursed lapdog (rather temporarily)
The young and also quite arrogant man once visited the Madame without any specific wishes or intentions but just because he wanted to see "the witch on the hill".
Seeing her as absurd and laughable (like anyone else around him) he managed to tick her off with that disrespectful behavior - until she cursed him with a kiss.
Now he can neither speak any word nor leave her mansion in any way, damned to be some sort of her prisoner until.. who knows when.
But instead of just keeping him around and punishing him the Madame often takes him with her wherever she goes or let him witness what she's doing.
Who knows why...
