I always like the after story just as much as the first part. for example like what happens to the guy after he gets all prettied up and just how he goes about getting himself unstuck
In this pic I envision the victim making a rather embarrassing trip to the shops
Anyway I hope you like it

It was after the 40-minute walk back home through town in the five-inch heels locked on that he realized that he'd been given the wrong solvent. He went to fetch the glue to see what kind of solvent was needed, but it turns out that the glue becomes permanent after 48 hours. It's been about 47 hours since he was put in the outfit, and the mall is going to be overcrowded for whatever reason when he finally gets there.

"But why Miss? You look much prettier like this than when you come in here in your scruffy boy's clothes!"
"So I'll make a deal with you. Why don't you just stay like that for a few days and see how you like it? And if you still want to go back to being a yucky boy; I'll see if I can find a solvent in a week or two!"
I really love that outfit! From the hair ribbons all the way down! 
He's faaaar too pretty to be allowed to change back. In fact I think he should dress like this all the time from now on. I'm sure his family and schoolmates would love it!

Your "evilness" is delicious - the situations you have these guys in make me squirm. I want to be the victim but the situations are so awful that I don't at the same time. The only was would to be forced to do it, by being caught out, losing a bet etc - and the situations your victims find themselves in are plausible
