This is kind of rough presentation of Brainy's different looks in comics. These are the ones I'm most familiar with (excluding 2019-version because I know little to nothing about him).

Bronze Age (1970s-1980s) is part of Original continuity which lasted from 1958 to 1994 (according to Wikipedia). According to what I have seen, during that time Brainy's outfit didn't change much but his hairstyle does change a bit. But I was too lazy to draw the same outfit multiple times with different hairstyles. And then there is this "Five years later" era from 1989 to 1994 in which I believe Brainy probably has a different look but I haven't read those comics so I'm not familiar with it thus not included here.

Reboot from 1994 to 2004. The variable feature in Brainiac 5.1's design are the implants on his face (those white things).

Treeboot from 2004 to 2009. The variable feature: eye color. Brown, blue, green, pick your favorite.

Retroboot/ Post-Infinite Crisis 2007-2015. I tell you one thing about this design and it is that finding a good reference pictures for the jacket is a challenge. Everyone draws and colors it differently.

2019- ongoing. I didn't know what to call this. 4th Boot? Bendis' Legion? At first I didn't like the design but after drawing it I think it's pretty nice.
