Well either She's got out of proportion eyes that don't seem to match the rest of her and she looks like a doll gazing into my soul OR, it's make up and I've misinterpreted the image, (in witch case while my bad but it's also hard tell.)

Yeah, maybe she found it in a shop as a costume for halloween or a party, including the slave necklace and braceletts and the golden bottle. When she put it, she became a genie and was sucked inside the bottle. Next time, she came out again, she found herself in the oriental palace of her new master.
