The Fibonacci Numbers are an integer sequence, which follows the recursive relation F[n]=F[n-1]+F[n-2]. It starts with the numbers F[0]=0 and F[1]=1. The sequence was first described in western literatur by the Italian mathematician Leonardo Fibonacci of Pisa (1180-1241) but it was already known to indian mathematicians. The spiral shows the Fibonacci numbers from F[1] to F[9] placed in the Fibonacci Spiral. The Fibonacci Number often appear in nature. Spirals, like the seeds of a sunflower and daisy, are arranged in Fermat's spiral with Fibonacci numbering. Fibonacci ratios approximate the golden angle of 137.508°Related content

I use it for grain size measurement with picture analysis.
The sequence is good to build grain size histograms with simple integer values. I could also use logarithmic progression, but Fibonacci works better and is very easy to use and understand.

That is interesting. I'm a maths teacher and I always look for good examples from practice.
I'd be very happy if you could explain to me, how you can use Fibonnaci or Logarithmic progression in that task.

Dann solltest du schauen, ob du die Oberstufen an eine Schule machen kannst, die Astrophysik als Fach anbietet.

An dieser Schule cvss.de ist Astrophysik ein ganz normales Unterrichtsfach, an stelle von normaler Physik. Du musst mal schauen, ob so etwas an den Schulen in deiner Umgebung angeboten wird. Da du in der 9. Klasse bist, musst du dich ja dieser oder nächstes Jahr entscheiden.

Kein Ursache. Du musst halt schauen, ob Astrophysik in deinem Bundesland in der Oberstufe überhaupt als eigenes Fach zugelassen ist. Da schlägt mal wieder die deutsche Kleinstaaterei im Bildungswesen zu. Ich wünsche dir auf jeden Fall viel Glück bei der Suche.
