Trying out a different coloring style. Shading from dark to light. o ~ o Was interesting, but I'd need a lot of practice with it, I think....xDGot the idea from =dejichan 's tutorial [link]
Although I think `loish colors that way too...I was just too lazy to look up her step-by-step and look at it @ 3 @;;
This is definitely not the picture I mentioned in my journal btw. x X;
I might try this on that picture..But I'd have to work much harder, this is just a colored sketch. xD
And learn to mix more colors together.
@ 3 @ You know, some different hues...
Adding in some pinks and purples to a skin tone might be nice....

The one with the allergies. ^^ In the English version, since she's FROM Osaka, which is like the south to the US, she has a southern accent. ^^

Well, northern, actually, but I beleive that's where most of the farmland and agricultural stuff is, so yeah. ^^

It's a learned language. Like how watching anime with the subs on makes you start to understand some words and you're like "Woah! I knew what that one meant!" It's like that. ^^ Hehe.

Uhhhm. Uhmmmmm. As far as anatomy... referencing from photos/life is probably best. I sometimes reference an artist called Carnelian for girls' anatomy. But some good tutorials on actual anatomy....I think I only know one that I can think of off the top of my head..

Very interesting! Dejichan's tutorials are so awesome so I'm glad I'm not the only one inspired.
My favourite part is her skin, easily. Especially around her stomach and arms - it looks very nice! Adding different uses is always good idea - especially on a low opacity! That way is just makes a nice hint. <:

xD Yeah her skin is what I spent the most time on 0w0 lol
xD Ohh, but I did this all on one layer. 0w0 using a low opacity brush might work but I'd have to try really hard with the blending.
owo I think this works better in photoshop though, I did this picture in SAI, but I'm doing another one in PS and it's coming out better xD

I think it is only recommended to go dark to light when airbrushing, but perhaps it is useful elsewhere as well.
