xD The lines for the skirt? Like the rest of the lineart, I guess...lol. :3 ; Uhm. Referencing Sailor Moon might help? 8D -shot- xD

LOL the fold? I think I suck at clothing folds, I just worked really hard at them this time...I can show you two tutorials that I find really helpful (I actually used one to help me with the folds in her sweater :3 ;; )
