I don't know about the title her expression looks insane and she is colorful so...Yeah XD;;For once in my life i put my effort in a lineart and put all my creativity in it and i tried to be pro and detailed at it it's acually basicly how is ee the world i see it colorful and weird and many trafic in the way -coughthecarandtrain- i'm not good at drawing leeks -points to the green side of the hair-
I wasn't so sure about the background i don't know if it fits Q n Q hope you like and please tell me in the comments what you think!

Super awesome!! Also is that a character from "Vocaloid"? Also what is "Vocaloid" exactly? Someone told me it is a synethsizer but there is so manga for it as well , I'm still not completely sure...

Ah, now I feel I can properly appreciate it! Your colors are well-suited to the style, and I love the Raggedy-Ann feel you've given her by making the hair look like pieces of different fabric. Adding in the car and train was also a great touch!
