Don't blame you for the crush part there Hirofuta and hats off to your work on the delightful half genie, she's far more popular then ever now! ^-^
Splendid show on taking her newer style into your own artwork though as you seemed to have done brilliantly to captured her wonderful smooth beauty and not to mention just the charms that get you everytime, lol.
The style itself reminds me of the Skullgirls looks with that nice sense of realism and anatomy given to he body but even then there's alot more towards the touch of toon and anime blended in with her face. It makes for a nice blend of lines that's easy on the eyes and furthers her own perfection.
Okay moving on now, the pose have to say really has that nice feel of fun and balance all into the same idea. The way you angle the image adds some twist to the look of things already and even more where you actually balance off the raised up leg with the arms, good body language and good job in general.
As far as you coloring goes too, cheers to doing some solid work there as you've done on your lines. Adding in the shadows around the face and body to give the body a bit more depth for the viewer to see but nice work adding in the areas of shine and lighting to better show off the gleam coming from her golden pieces of jewelry or even to brighten the look of her face, bravo.
Like looking close though and seeing where you had some fun and really threw some finesse to her look like especially in the ponytail for her hair, the carefree look of her eyes, to even the baggyness of her pants, lol. Its great to se you put alot of time and heart into her Hirofuta and hats off to that. So in short please continue the work with Shantae your doing so marvelously with and thanks as well for the link to her kickstarter site! Wonder if they're still taking in donations cause I'd love to get a copy of this upcoming game! *nods*
