Description
From the Novicene ProjectHere is a timeline from 66 million years into the past into the future up to 40 million years, with 0 BC/AD near the present day marked, designated colloquially as "Year 0." It was decided that the existence of humans had a significant enough impact on the history of life on earth to be named an era, the Anthropozoic, and potentially even an eon because of the significance of the first ever instance of matter intelligently departing from the planet since its formation, hypothetically designated as the Pananthropozoic or Renovamenozoic. This time period lasts up until +3.2 ma CE, also the end of the Holocene, marked by the majority of willing human beings abandoning the planet after the ending of the ongoing Anthropozoic extinction event. Then follows the Novozoic era, with its first time period, the Novicene, split into three epochs being the Epicene, Mellonticocene, and Teleocene. Little records currently exist of Epicene and Mellonticocene biota, as ---(ScreenSamurai 's gallery and the upcoming website)--- as of now focus on animals of the end of the Teleocene and therefore Novicene.
