Description
A quick idea I had to represent Swarm in Gmod, since I cannot model yet. Combined several models to recreate their huge posture, strange back arms and impaled weaponry, plus their segmented mouths, opening up into a maw of machine and wrath to literally take the knowledge right out of you.

The Swarm, a mysterious race appearing from beyond the dark space of the Local Galactic Cluster in a massive invasion campaign, were first contacted in 4998 when they invaded and harvested the entire population of an Imperium planet. What followed was a 40 year long war against the Swarm to retake the LGC and learn their reason to begin their sporadic genocide against all life. In 5038, after the events of the Great Cataclysm, the Swarm were defeated by the combined efforts of the Imperium of Man, the Citadel, the New Extrasolar Territories, the Neo-Independant Systems, and the enigmatic and malevolent Combine Empire. Exhausted of resources and manpower, the LGC is weakened and ripe for yet another assault, a fact the NET cannot resist.
