Con Atom è più facile: con gli umani (o con quelli con i Tre Occhi) non sarebbe così facile.
Ma di Atom ci si puΓ² fidare di piΓΉ, perchΓ© Γ¨ intelligente ma non ha certi difetti degli umani, visto che non Γ¨ umano.
Se lo abbracci, non vuol dire niente altro che affetto profondo, non puoi confonderti.
In questo caso, poi, Fortuna non si fida tanto della gente, e, in veritΓ , neanche di tutti gli altri robot con intelligenza artificiale. Con Atom ha qualcosa in comune: la nascita artificiale, ordini a cui obbedire, il proprio creatore che non Γ¨ mai contento, una intelligenza diversa e tanto cuore, che perΓ² non aiuta a vivere. Avere un'anima Γ¨ molto spesso un problema, e se c'Γ¨ una persona che puΓ² saperlo, Γ¨ una macchina intelligente che sa provare sentimenti.
Non si sa esattamente chi ha chiesto di essere salvato, se Atom o Fortuna. Forse entrambi, forse lei, forse lui... L'unica cosa certa Γ¨ che se uno cerca un abbraccio, l'altro risponde sempre.

Many of my own characters have my own face, but it could be a problem when they meet. And it happened (I make also crossovers with my own stories...).
But this fearure has got a meaning.
Fortuna is a genetically engeneered prototype; her project was all different, so she is treated as a failed experiment. She can use strange bio-magnetic powers (and magnetic waves can affect robots... but if Atom can make friends with Pluto, Fortuna will not be a difficult challenge) to fly and to show enormous strenght that she hasn't really got.
She can be very frightening... and before her 15th birthday she does not know anything about the origins of her abilities. She had to control them by herself, to see people frightened or use her as an amazing phenomenon to show... a freak...
She meets Atom, because she escaped again from her laboratory, and her creators called the ultimate weapon that can stop her... Atom. They did not expect they ended up to be friends, even if it was obvious, if you know Atom a bit
He's stronger than her and she can stop him for a while, if she wants... but they don't want to fight. And this story is a bit like the one about Princess Odette from Robotland. I made a drawing about it.
He was ordered to take her back, but instead he takes her at home, to talk about her situation to Ochanomizu and to distract her a bit, making her know Uran.
The three of them, forΒ Robita's 'delight', have fun in the kitchen, waiting for the Minister to return home.
Their story are similar in some points, and their reactions sometimes are opposite, but all they both need is to be loved and seen as beings rich in feelings, and no more as things to manipulate.

Imagine the three of them trying to make a cake or a pizza or whatever; Uran wants to learn a lot from a human girl, who CERTAINLY knows how to cook. Fortuna is not that master chef, but she can teach lots of things to Uran. And I imagine Atom giving them a hand, half tilted from laughs, seeing them make a disaster in Ochanomizu's kitchen.
She needs to eat too, so they do their best. The guest cooks for herself, but this scene is too fun to notice it.
When Ochanomizu returns home, the one still awake is Atom; he knows that the Minister can't do that much: the girl is not a robot and she's not a human in the strict sense, so she is a property, not a person with rights. Ochanomizu can't do very much. But Atom wants him to know her story. Maybe he can help a bit.
They will come very soon to take back to the lab...
But now she's sleeping on a sofa, dreaming about Uran and her funny way of cooking. Atom saved her in some way.

the idea of Atom knowing she's a property and can't do anything about it is sad. But a familiar scenerio

I took inspiration from the story about Odette and Robotland. It fits... I did not think about how it ends. Well, I DID thought, but I did not choose a good ending for all this. I just show an idea, and if it creates some good scenes, I draw them.
You know, Fortuna falways finds a way to escape... there will be a solution to make her situation better. Now she's not alone anymore.

And there is the continuation of the story; the soldier has got Satan's face. He and his robot stunned her, even if they don't need to... that's why Atom and Ochanomizu are baffled.

I was reading the comic for the first time; I grabbed my agenda, I sketched what I wanted to remember, then I put it away
I used it for the second drawing, and I can use it, and other sketches, for more new pictures.
I sketch my ideas like this. I learned using just ink: no rubber, no pencil. A hard training, but if you love something...
