Well, you can ask people to pay you by using the donation widget, or they can send you points directly by clicking on "Give" on the right of your page, and then "give points".
And then you get points in your balance, which you can use to buy commissions or adoptables.

On the app ? No, I don't think so... I'm pretty sure you can't edit your page on the app. But you can do this :
-open google
-search deviantart
-open deviantart (not the app)Β
-at the bottom of the page, click on "switch to desktop site" or something
-go to your page
-click on "edit page" on the right
-find the widget and put it where you want
I'm not sure it will work, but I think it's the only way on mobile Β°^Β°
