Description
English:
It IS constructive criticism:
- pointing out at socio-economic problems Russia still has from the Yeltsin era
- not agreeing with a certain Russian law
- saying that, for example, the annexation of Crimea should have been done another way
- pointing out that, although you oppose sanctions, Russia should diversify its economy so to minimize the impact of them
Always taking into account that it's NOT UP TO YOU, as a foreigner, to decide Russia's future.
It's NOT constructive criticism and you're a Russophobe if:
- you say Russia is a medieval country (or a trailer park or whatever)
- you say Putin is Hitler (and with this, you are automatically wrong, I don't care what you're going to say afterwards)
- you talk about "Totalitarian State" or "tyrannical regime" (and with this, you also prove yourself to be imbecile)
- you say you want to exterminate 8 million people solely for speaking Russian (Tymoshenko said this)
- you defend US-EU sanctions against Russia
- you blame Russia even for having lost the bus in the morning in front of your nose
All of these show your supremacist, colonialist and racist mentality, and you're only going to achieve the opposite goal, Russians are just going to tell you to go f*ck yourself.

USA is the US Regime, but then again you already know that since you,as you've once said, were naive and with less information.

An astute observation.
Unfortunately, it is far too often the case that we demonize our enemies and make the inhuman monsters. This has been the historical trend since god crapped out the third caveman, at which time a conspiracy was hatched against one of them.
Only through fair and logical understanding of one another can we ever begin to solve our differences, much less perhaps even cease being enemies. I'm not holding my breath on that, however. Again, historically speaking, that would be a very hard road to travel.

A saying from the US - "I love my country. Its the government that I'm afraid of."

And given the 'accidents' that seem to befall Putin's political opponents. . .
