Description Edit: Added a little skin effect on her

Had some more ideas for mythology today and during that time I got a new idea for Higher Being's outfit. Don't get me wrong, I love the old one. But the hat didn't make any sense, the glowing gem felt off and the eye make up would fool people easily. So finally I decided to redesign her and honestly I love this version a lot more! (no, she still doesn't have a nose! XD). In the new version I wanted to give Arabian feel alongside with the Egyptian feel.

Higher being is basically "the boss" but in my edited mythology version Higher being got her powers from someone.

Well I can change things still if the actual comic hasn't mentioned it. And even tho the mythology pages are there, I'm planning on redoing them eventually so I decided to use the chance to add the new detail to it somewhere.
