People are notified if they have the scraps checked in the watch center.. I just didn't comment on the others because they were not as advanced in progress as this one.

ahhhh ok ... i get it now lol you learn something new every day !!... you must have seen the initial drafts of the sprite (it must just tell you when the image is posted but not when i update the file lol)... she's done now

Oh...no it won't ever notify when a deviation is edited, regardless of where you uploaded it to...You have to REupload the entire thing renamed in order for it to show up new in watcher's message centers. I went to look at her... She's wonderful! Why haven't you moved her into the main streaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam??? lol...
