Basically, I choose a color that will complement the overall feel of the pic (corresponding to the background). Then using the paint brush tool, having adjusted the fill/opacity to a lower percentage, I will apply that color to the pic. Here I used a mix of lilac, blu, and green

Looks time consuming... I always imagine digital colouring to take twice as long - maybe because I don't know how
